If there are other damage to the device / laser head, which are neither under warranty nor under warranty, the customer receives a cost estimate for the repair, should the overall bill be over 100 euros. Only after approval of the cost estimate by the customer, the device is repaired. All necessary repairs, which are below 100 euros, are carried out without consultation and billed to the customer to ensure timely repair and a speedy return.

The device will not be cleaned during a repairbut only the particles removed, which have collected during transport in the interior of the MR Beam so that we can check the functionality of the device and the individual components and repair the present defect. Please make sure that the device before sending as clean as possibleso that we can start checking immediately upon the arrival of the device in our workshop.

If a cleaning is necessary to determine the defect when the device arrives and to check the functionality, we reserve the right to charge the additional cleaning with particularly dirty devices with 25 euros.

If additional cleaning of the device or the laser head is desired, we offer these services separately. These services are bookable through our shop and are then noted in the system: small inspection, Great inspection, Professional laser call cleaning.

With return shipping takes a repair within Germany 5 working days. Repairs usually take a maximum of two working days in our workshop.

If a cost estimate is created for the repair of us, the repair time can delay, since it still needs to be appropriated from you. Of course, we can not start repairing.

We do not offer a replacement device at the time of repair. The shipping time overlaps with the repair time, as our workshop edits all devices within one, maximum two working days and then returned them to the customer directly via DHL.
