Why should you use a mobile suction device?

For example, vapours or particles are produced during laser processing, soldering or working with wood. These can contain hazardous substances such as fine dust. It is therefore essential to use an extraction system in closed rooms without exhaust air. Our Mr Beam Air Filter System is perfect as a mobile extraction system. With a weight of 5.6 kilograms, the suction device is extremely easy to transport. In this way, you retain your flexibility in your work at all times.

How does the Mr Beam Air Filter System work?

Thanks to the Air Filter Controller, the mobile extraction system can be easily connected to your preferred 3D printer or laser cutter and used. The Air Filter System is also ideal for soldering stations. With the help of the integrated display, you can keep an eye on the current status of the mobile extraction system at all times.

How is the air in the suction filtered?

The air is sucked into the mobile extraction system by means of the pipe. The Mr Beam Air Filter System then uses pre-filter mats and activated carbon filters. The coarse particles are trapped in the pre-filter, while the HEPA filter captures the remaining fine dust. Finally, the activated carbon neutralizes the resulting odours. - An effective 3-stage filtering.

Soldering station, 3D printer or laser cutter?

A single extraction system!

An external controller is required to connect the mobile suction system to your preferred device. You can either purchase the Air Filter Controller as part of the Mr Beam Air Filter System, or buy it separately if you already own our extraction. This means that dangerous particles in the air when 3D printing, soldering or lasering are a thing of the past. Over time, all you have to do is replace the pre-filters and activated carbon filters to ensure continuous and safe filtration.
