Why should you use a mobile suction device?

For example, vapours or particles are produced during laser processing, soldering or working with wood. These can contain hazardous substances such as fine dust. It is therefore essential to use an extraction system in closed rooms without exhaust air. Our Mr Beam Air Filter System is perfect as a mobile extraction system. With a weight of 5.6 kilograms, the suction device is extremely easy to transport. In this way, you retain your flexibility in your work at all times.

How does the Mr Beam Air Filter System work?

Thanks to the Air Filter Controller, the mobile extraction system can be easily connected to your preferred 3D printer or laser cutter and used. The Air Filter System is also ideal for soldering stations. With the help of the integrated display, you can keep an eye on the current status of the mobile extraction system at all times.

How is the air in the suction filtered?

The air is sucked into the mobile extraction system by means of the pipe. The Mr Beam Air Filter System then uses pre-filter mats and activated carbon filters. The coarse particles are trapped in the pre-filter, while the HEPA filter captures the remaining fine dust. Finally, the activated carbon neutralizes the resulting odours. - An effective 3-stage filtering.

A single extraction system!

An external controller is required to connect the mobile suction system to your preferred device. You can either purchase the Air Filter Controller as part of the Mr Beam Air Filter System, or buy it separately if you already own our extraction. This means that dangerous particles in the air when 3D printing, soldering or lasering are a thing of the past. Over time, all you have to do is replace the pre-filters and activated carbon filters to ensure continuous and safe filtration.

How do I connect the suction?: Please be careful to carefully insert the control dial into the dedicated control port. Make sure the power adapter is firmly connected to the power jack to ensure stable power supply. Don't forget to orient the hose correctly and make sure it's pointing up. This step is of great importance to avoid potential problems and ensure proper functionality.
How much electricity does the extraction system use?: The Mr Beam extraction for laser cutters, soldering stations or 3D printers consumes a maximum of 30 watts of electricity.
How big can the housing be from which the suction pump is pumping?: The size of the housing from which the suction extracts the air varies depending on various factors, in particular the work space and external influences.
In order for the extraction system to function effectively, it is important that the housing is large enough to accommodate the required air flow. Since the suction has an air flow rate of about 0.7 m³ per minute, the housing should have an appropriate volume that can handle this air flow without affecting or overloading the filter.
It is recommended to consider the specific extraction requirements as well as the manufacturer's specifications to determine the appropriate housing volume. Additionally, it is important that the housing has adequate sealing to prevent air leakage and ensure efficient filtration. A good seal is critical to achieve optimal suction performance and avoid unwanted air leaks.
How much air flow does the mobile suction have?: The extraction system allows an air flow of 0.7 cubic meters per minute or 42 cubic meters per hour.
Is the extraction compatible with the standard extraction arms?: Yes, the extraction is usually compatible with common extraction arms that are used in many laser cutters and similar devices. The mobile suction is supplied with a 62 mm hose and a 50 mm connector. If the extraction arm or application has a different diameter, it may be necessary to use a diameter adapter to make a suitable connection. This adapter makes it possible to connect the suction hose to the suction arm or to the application with a different diameter.
