Kraftplex ST has a light sieve structure and a natural beige colour. The kraftplex CL has a smooth surface and a colour that is slightly more reddish than the kraftplex ST. The abbreviation ST stands for "stiff". This type of kraftplex has a higher density, is hot-pressed and comes in a solid sheet format. The kraftplex CL is available in a thickness of 0.5 mm. The C in the abbreviation CL stands for "curve". This type of kraftplex is more flexible than the ST and is characterised by a smooth calendered surface.
The versatile material is made of pure renewable wood fibre* (100% cellulose fibres, without chemical additives or adhesives) and replaces metal sheets, composites and plastics in many areas.
It is sustainable, recyclable and compostable as well as stable and permanently formable like metal sheets.
Kraftplex is certified according to DIN EN 71-3 (children's toys).
