To which countries do Mr Beam deliver?

We supply all European countries and also the UK and Switzerland!

How long does shipping take in Germany? What are the shipping costs in Germany?

We usually ship your order within one to three working days. Within Germany you do not pay any shipping costs.

When will the goods be dispatched?

The goods are dispatched as soon as the payment is authorized. Please note: For the payment method "Sofortüberweisung", the payment must first be confirmed to us by Shopify. This usually takes 1 to 2 working days. After approval, we can then dispatch the order.

How long does it take to ship within the EU? What are the shipping costs?

When ordering within the EU, you have to expect about three to five working days.  You can check the exact shipping costs in the checkout.

How long does it take to ship outside the EU? What are the shipping costs?

To the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you have to expect about five to seven working days. As with shipments within the EU, the shipping costs depend on the weight.

How does importing into Switzerland and the United Kingdom work?

For shipments to Switzerland and United Kingdom, thanks to our fiscal representation, you pay for your order in local currency and gross. This means that there are no customs or import taxes on you.

Can I return products and if so, how?

As a consumer, you have Mr Beam a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that during this period of the 14-day right of return, the use may not go beyond the necessary examination of the condition, the property and the mode of operation. We therefore reserve the right to charge for excessive loss of value. If you are a professional, you can Mr Beam in advance, rent it to try it out.

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase of accessories and materials, we would like to point out that the products must be in a resalable condition.

Please note that the Revocation must be done on time and in accordance with our template. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted by us for logistical reasons.

For everyone Mr Beam We offer users a comprehensive Support in German and English. If you have a problem with your Mr Beam please have a look at our knowledge database first to see if there is already a corresponding solution to your problem. If you still have a need for support, we ask you to open a support ticket:

Tip: The more information we have at the beginning, the faster and more comprehensively we can help. Please remember that we almost always need your serial number. So please specify these directly in the ticket form. We are also helped by videos, screenshots, error messages or even concrete files such as G-Code or .mrb files continue.
