Laser cutting and engraving is a non-contact material processing method. It allows the processing of a variety of materials, such as plywood, leather, paper, foam rubber, fabric and much more. All our Mr Beam machines are delivered ready to use. After unpacking, all you need to do is connect the laser head and the air filter system and you are ready to go. The Mr Beam II dreamcut [S] is operated via a web application in the Chrome browser, so no software installation is necessary. The integrated WLAN also enables a fast connection, even without the Internet - ideal for use at trade fairs and markets.

Due to the improvement of the dreamcut technology and a more precise focus point, the dreamcut [S] laser head works 50 percent faster than the previous model. For users of the previous model, the laser head is available as a retrofit in the shop. For user-friendly use of the device, the Mr Beam II dreamcut [S] has an integrated camera on the safety lid. As soon as this is opened, a photo of the entire working area is taken every few seconds, enabling precise placement of the materials to be processed. The process therefore saves a lot of time, as the position of the laser template does not always have to be measured exactly in advance - just put it in and get started.

Can I return ordered products?

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that, for example, if you purchase a device, this means that it may only be used for testing purposes during the 14-day period. We reserve the right to charge for excessive loss of value. To test the Mr Beam, we recommend renting it in advance. If materials/filters/accessories have been demonstrably damaged during testing and trying out, we reserve the right to demand compensation

How much are the shipping costs?

Free shipping inside of Germany. If you come from another country, shipping will be calculated during checkout.

What is actually covered by the Mr Beam laser cutter's warranty and what is repaired?

The guarantee covers all repairs that arise from possible production or device errors. This applies to the mechanical components as well as all relevant components, safety devices and software. We must invoice for repairs resulting from handling errors or accidental damage by the customer - as this requires us to use additional and unscheduled working time and spare parts. If you have a problem with your Mr Beam, contact us via our ticket system.
